Case Manager
Amanda Ingram is a CADAC II–credentialed professional currently serving as a Case Manager and Individual Therapy Intern. Since 2020, Amanda has dedicated her career to walking alongside individuals impacted by substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. As a person in recovery herself, she brings lived experience, authenticity, and deep compassion into her work, creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. Those who work with Amanda often refer to her as the “Connection Guru” because of her natural ability to build strong relationships and help people feel connected to hope, resources, and community.
Amanda began her journey in the Eskenazi Emergency Department within the Peer Recovery Program, supporting individuals who were experiencing homelessness and active addiction in taking their first steps toward recovery. She later continued this work through Community Health Network’s Community Behavioral Health programs, serving in Emergency Departments as well as Addiction and Mental Health inpatient units. Along the way, she has had the privilege of learning from compassionate, skilled professionals who have shaped her approach to care.
In 2023, Amanda intentionally began pursuing clinical-track roles, seeking out internship opportunities and mentorship from experienced therapists to strengthen her clinical skills and deepen her understanding of the therapeutic process. She is driven by a genuine desire to reduce barriers to care and to support others in building meaningful, sustainable lives in recovery.
Amanda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human and Social Services at Bryant & Stratton College, where she has earned placement on the Dean’s List multiple times. She is scheduled to graduate in February 2028
