Program Director

Mariah Flynn is the Program Director at Red Ribbon Recovery Indiana, where she oversees day-to-day program operations and supports the clinical and case management team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Earlham College and a CADAC II credential, and has 7 years of experience in mental health and substance use care across inpatient and outpatient settings, with a background in case management.

That front-line experience shapes how she runs the program. Mariah believes in treating everyone with kindness, compassion and understanding, recognizing that each person walks their own path, and she works to bring fun and creativity into the recovery process.

Outside of work, Mariah plays basketball, spends time at the gym and enjoys art, reading and music.
