Juan is the first person most people talk to at Red Ribbon Recovery. He takes the intake call, verifies insurance benefits, and walks through what outpatient treatment in Greenwood actually looks like before anyone commits to anything. When someone needs a higher level of care to start, he coordinates that placement instead of forcing a fit.

He came to this work through his own recovery. Since then, he has worked inside treatment facilities, spoken at community events across Indiana, and sponsored people one on one. It shapes how he handles a first call. He has been on the other end of one.

Juan also manages admissions for the virtual IOP, which serves clients statewide who can’t get to Greenwood for in-person programming.
