Program Director
Elliott Hughes serves as the Program Director at Red Ribbon Recovery, where he brings deep compassion and hands-on experience to support clients on their path to healing. Since 2018, Elliott has been engaged in community outreach within addiction treatment, driven by both personal experience and a profound desire to help others.
A person in long-term recovery himself, Elliott found freedom from addiction through a year-long, faith-based recovery program. His journey led him to co-found Way Maker, Hendricks County’s first recovery residence, in 2021—an effort that continues to impact countless lives. At Red Ribbon Recovery, Elliott is dedicated to walking alongside clients with empathy and encouragement, helping them discover purpose and lasting change.
Outside of work, Elliott is a devoted husband to his wife, Hannah, and a proud father to their spirited 3-year-old daughter, Eliana. He’s deeply involved in his church community, treasures time with his large extended family, and enjoys hunting and golfing in his free time.
