Case Manager

Sarah Heinkel is a Case Manager with over four years of experience working across PHP, outpatient, and residential treatment settings. Sarah graduated from Ball State University in 2019. Before entering the behavioral health field, Sarah oversaw the development and delivery of mental health education workshops for college communities across the country.

Sarah brings both professional and personal insight to her work, drawing from her own recovery journey and lived experience with mental health. She is deeply passionate about patient advocacy and believes in walking alongside clients with compassion, empathy, and authenticity. Sarah recognizes that no two recovery journeys look the same and she values meeting each client where they’re at to help create individualized, person-centered treatment goals. Her goal is to ensure every individual feels supported, understood, and never alone in their recovery.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys gardening, furniture restoration, and spending time with her husband and four cats.
