Clinical Director

Tianna is the Clinical Director at Red Ribbon Recovery. She is a graduate of Indiana University–Purdue University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Social Work.

Tianna brings over eight years of experience working with children and families through the Indiana Department of Child Services. During her time with the State of Indiana, she served as both a Family Case Manager and Supervisor, developing a strong foundation in trust-based, family-centered care. Her professional background also includes serving as a Program Director in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, where she led teams of case managers with a specialized focus on prenatal care and reducing infant mortality rates among women and children.

Since joining the Red Ribbon Recovery team as Clinical Director, Tianna has enjoyed collaborating closely with clients and their families through a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Her work alongside individuals and families has shaped her passion for finding creative, practical ways to help people navigate life’s transitions while building healthy coping skills that support cohesive, balanced, and sustainable living.
